FIAA & ELIDA Co’94 are the Creators and Organizers of the TREA- ALBEXPO 2009 -2011

FIAA is a non- profit & apolitical organization founded in June 2000 by the Foreign Investors Community in Albania.
FIAA’s main role is to support communication between its members and the Albanian authorities as well as to improve the investment business climate in the country by working on concrete reform proposals and legislation in order to stimulate investments.


ELIDA Co’94 is an Albanian company with authority and prestige in the field of organization of fairs, with a raised infrastructure and organizational experience of tens and tens of international, national, and local fairs. It has been supporting each initiative for the creation of an integrated policy in the Balkans and further, a reincarnation of which are the two first editions of the International Conference and Exhibition “Albania, a Destination for Investments” and the Tourism and Real Estate events, “TREA -Albexpo 2009-2011”.


Following the previous successful international Conference and Exhibition "Albania, a Destination for Investments" with focus on the Albanian Resources such as mining, energy, infrastructure, Tourism and agriculture (www.albanianresources.com ) and first edition of expo-conference on Tourism and Real estate in Albania TREA 2009, as well motivated by the increased interest that the Investors have recently shown towards the Tourism Resources and Real Estate, we aim to deliver a clear picture of these potentials in the framework of the strategic vision of the country to achieve a sustainable development through investments.
